The weathered face and dusty garb gazed at the white metal cross stretching toward the blue-desert sky.

The newly erected cross marks the spot where, officials say, a smuggling suspect gunned down Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas more than a week ago.

The Border Agents say the FBI does not think the Mexicans have the right guy. That is why they are not commenting and agreeing the the shooter is in Mexican Custody. Also, the FBI is still around the border.The only evidence that the guy was the shooter is that 4 other people say it was him. They feel it looks like a “round up the usual suspects” dog and pony show. Also, it is odd how close to the border the shooting happened. Usually, they just run back and jump the fence when they are that close.

Just for the record Mr. Craig probably doesn’t carry his weapon the way it’s displayed for this video.
More likely carried at 4 o’clock, properly cliped to his belt, and under his untucked shirt.
