Which kind of red wine has the most resveratrol? Cabernet Sauvignon? Shiraz? Merlot? Pinot noir? or, G-d forbid, Tunderbird?

Roger that. I take a daily supplement containing 150mg of pure resveratrol, equivalent to drinking a few hundred glasses of red wine (without the alcohol content).

Wine ugh. My only regret as a Christian is they were not drinking whiskey at the last supper.

Grape juice has the same things. Don’t need the alcohol. (but it sure is a lot nicer.
