Yea. I saw it on MSNBC. I knew Clinton would not leave without a release for those two women. Good for him. And for them and their families.

Hillary kissed NK arse on this weeks ago....the girls were being released and Bill went to pick them up.

Guessing this was already planned.

Finally Bubba makes himself useful. But the ladies better have some ice on hand for the plane trip home.

I am really happy for these women and their families. This is a good thing. I don’t relate to the snide remarks.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but, good job, Bill! I’m glad that they are getting to come home. It must have been horrible stuck there.

Great news! If Bill has a talent, its the ability to convince people when face to face. This may sound CrAzY, but compared to Obama, I miss Bill Clinton...

Why did these stupid women try to enter North Korea anyway...at a time when they were setting off nukes and launching missiles nearly every week? Nice that they were saved, but they certainly didn’t deserve to be. didn’t they work for Al Gore? did he send them on assignment? Lots of unanswered questions.

You know, kudo's to Bill Clinton.

I hope he sucks all the oxygen out of the room when he and Obama are together after this.

Let me first say that I am glad these ladies are coming home. I can’t imagine 12 years of hard labor. What bothers me about this is that we have just negotiated publicly with a terrorist nation.

It’s open season on Americans abroad.

I wonder how many CDs full of nuclear weapon and ballistic missile tech bill had to hand over in order to buy these women back from little kim?

They were probably safer in a North Korean prison than they would be on an airplane with the rapist, Bill Clinton.

That pic on Drudge looks photoshopped. Their heads don’t match their bodies - Clinton’s is too small & KJI’s is too big.

I would think that the publicity given their ‘mercy’ would be enough to make this a bad deal for the USA. These journalists were pawns in the game and stature of the US in the eyes of our enemies will be significantly diminished.

I'm very happy they are free and would not change that, even under the circumstances. But we have to understand their freedom came at a cost, maybe not of cold hard cash, we have none of that to give, but at the cost of how our ability to handle the next ‘crisis’ is damaged.

This is one of those situations that a lot of people are going to applaud as an example of how The One is gifted in handling our enemies, but I think in the end it will be simply another example of the US being a paper tiger in the eyes of its enemies. Not a big deal maybe, but if it encourages those who wish us ill it could have unforeseen consequences. That's the thing about The Law of Unintended Consequences, it makes something look good for a time, but then the true cost becomes apparent.

We'll see. Meanwhile I'm very pleased these two are coming home. Maybe next time they'll stay clear of border areas where they don't belong. For all we know, knowing the classlessness of the Obama administration, the whole thing could be a set up.

Bill Clinton’s foundation does a lot of work in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Seems Gore owns the television station that sent these journalists out there, they got caught, so Gore calls in a marker from Clinton to get them out. The White House doesn’t want to talk about it because they really didn’t have much to do with it.
