Hence why Barry stages all his so-called town hall gatherings with Dems, libs, and supporters.

The problem with healthcare simplified :

Imagine there is a part called a wiket. Wiket’s are interesting for a variety of reasons, first and foremost because they are an essential part of many different things that people need. This need for wiket’s of course keeps wiket’s in very high demand.

Wikets are also very complicated to make, and require the skills of only the best and brightest to make properly. Making wiket’s properly also requires many extra years of specialized study at top universities, and is a sort of messy process which reduces the number of people interested in making them.

For these and many other reasons, those who choose to enter the wiket business want a high rate of return on their investment. A typical wiket manufacture sells a million wiket’s a year at $2 each. Since wiket’s cost $1 to make, wiket owners typically earn a million dollar a year profit, or a 100% return on their yearly investment. At this price everyone who needs a wiket can afford it, wiket manufactures make a decent living, and everyone is happy with their wikets and all is good.

But one day the government decides to regulate the wiket business.

The government passes legislation requiring wiket manufactures to file mountains of paperwork each year, and that wikets be provide for free to the poor and to illegal aliens who might be having a wiket emergency, special taxes are imposed on the wiket making process, and the government starts requiring that wikets be made of more expensive components, and that wiket factories comply with costly environmental regulations, ect. And if all that wasn’t enough, the government makes it easier for people to sue wiket manufactures for variety of frivolous reasons, forcing wiket business owners to purchase costly liability insurance policies.

This interference by the government artificially inflates the cost of making a wiket from $1 to $10.

In response, wiket manufactures raise the cost of the wikets they sell to $20. Their rate of return is still the same (100%) but now a typical wiket owner makes $10 million a year, and a typical person has to pay 10 times more for the wikets they need.

At this point the government steps in and declares a “wiket problem”

The first thing the government does is set up a “wiket welfare” system. The needy (bottom 50% of customers) will now get their wikets paid for by the government at no cost to themselves. But the problem is, the government refuses to pay $20 each to the wiket manufactures, and instead will only pay $10.

Since half of their wiket customers are now using wiket welfare, wiket manufactures in order to make the same return on investment have no choice but to raise the cost of wikets for everyone not using wiket welfare to $30. This causes some who don’t qualify for wiket welfare but are far from affluent to be no longer able to afford wikets.

As this point the government steps in and declares a “wiket crisis” and that the only solution to the problem is a public option.

The government then opens its own wiket manufacturing business and sells its wikets at $8 a wiket, $2 less than it costs private wiket companies to even manufacture a wiket.

After a short while everyone is buying their wikets from the government, and all privately owned wiket companies are out of business.

It looks like the LEFT WILL BRING ON THE A SECOND CIVIL WAR.

Without us, they'd have nothing. Who will house them? Feed them? Raise their children? Medicate them? Pay for their abortions? Pay for their cable and cell phones?

Without us, they'd starve. They have no idea how to care for themselves. The democrat politicians who do the stealing for them have made sure of it.

You see lots of elderly folks at these events. They may be older but I still believe they have the ability to kick some butt! It would be on big time if some thug touched a hair on any of these folks heads!

This is quickly becoming a very volatile situation.

Thanks for the correction. My mom lived in Athens and was 12 years old (I was figuring the year from her birth date.) Anyway, she remembers it vividly. Her dad had the family lie low until the gunfire was over.

say, that vodka drink sounds good! I may have to try that this weekend.

Have been drinking Vodka Gimlets this summer - very nice. But now with the real heat of summer here in new England I usually sip on Compari on ice.

Our Pols here in Boston Massachusetts have been keeping their town hall locations secret for the most part. Trying to find out where they are being held has not been easy. also, one of them ( or maybe two ) are having them by way of phone! Although how they plan on doing that is beyond me.

Hearing libs in this state bitch about Obama is pretty damned funny. “ I voted for this guy but I didn't vote for this &*())* “

This does not include the fair amount of Ultra dingbat college students, 20 something hipsters, etc.

It would be important to mirror those tactics. A chant is needed....such as “read the bill.”

In other words, they would be bitting the hands that feed them. So they should darn well mind their p’s and q’s.

Remember the old “the end justifies the means”? This marxist africa wannbe dictator doesn’t give a hoot about fact. They just say anything and know a safe 30+% will go along without question.

Doesn’t look like many more than his dim acorn suckups are buying.

Whether nobama really wants to push hard enough to kick off REV2, is anyone’s guess. Like many shootin conflicts, they often start not intentionally, but by some stupid ass mis-reading his adversary and trying to bluff their way over very determined folks.

My guess is the libs will back down before much comes from it. They sure don’t seem well prepared for much other than big trash talk. If wrong, am like a good Boy Scout.

Let's see how this may play out:

Ordinary American mother of three goes to town hall to voice her opinion---- thug New Black Panther Party members being paid by ACORN also attend. Black Panther thug confronts mother, bystanders defend her, fight breaks out, America thrown into total chaos.

berni_mccoy's Journal
The Angry Right Has Become Extremely Dangerous

Posted by berni_mccoy in General Discussion

The latest bout of angry rioting Republican mobs is just the latest installment of a series of changes the Conservative leadership has been encouraging since the election of Americas first African American President, Barack Obama. It started, actually, before the election, with ad campaigns and political papers against Obama putting him in the cross-hairs of gun scopes. For example:

And then there were the angry outbursts, and then mobs at McCain rallies. Their very anger and mob behavior was ratcheted up by Palin's suggestion that Obama was a terrorist. It didn't help when the New Yorker, trying to be snark, came out with this cover:

That seemed to only fan the flames and then when McCain, under pressure from both opponents and supporters, tried to quiet it, the response was only to increase the anger, moving into dangerous territory with statements like "Obama's a Terrorist", "Kill Him!", and "Kill the Ni**er". McCain was unable to quiet the lynch-ready crowd.

Then when Obama won the election, gun sales went through the roof. The angry right began stockpiling both guns and ammo, actually creating ammo shortages across the nation. Was it an unfounded fear that Obama was going to take away their guns or was it something else?

Next there were the TeaBaggers angry that they have to pay taxes even though, to the moment the TeaBaggers began their rallies, there were no tax increases even being discussed. But they were angry (and fearful) that they had to pay taxes. But perhaps, the confusion most of us had about the TeaBaggers was because we did not yet understand their motivation. It wasn't really about taxes. It was about the first black President of this country. They just couldn't say it explicitly. Though, they let their children do it for them, as this picture shows:
Image and video hosting by TinyPic

But their racial anger wasn't isolated to just a few. Soon the Birther movement came, and lest anyone be unsure what this is about, it's about racism. Most of America believes the Birthers are a fringe lunatic wing of the party. If that were true, then there would not be actual Congressmen supporting the idea and as a recent poll showed, 58% of Republicans believe Obama may not be a U.S. Citizen. This is contrary to all the documentation and evidence that Obama has provided. What the 58% cannot handle is that America has elected a non-white as President. And since they cannot come out and say it, they are left to denigrate him as an illegal immigrant.

Along with the Birther movement has been the astro-turf campaign created to go against the Healthcare Reform that this country so direly needs. The Insurance Industry is pouring money into organizing an anti-reform campaign to the tune of over $1.4 MILLION PER DAY. And they are smart. They are taking the racial anger pent up in the Birthers and retargeting it on the health care bill by getting these paid organizers to create Angry Republican Mobs to incite riots at town-hall meetings. And it's working to incite the angry mobs, which is not a good thing for anyone.

Remember all those guns and ammo that sold in Q3 2008 and Q1 2009? Well the SS has revealed that there are 30 death threats a day now against the President, a 400% increase over any other president. The angry right is taking up their guns and shooting abortion clinic doctors, spurred on by the likes of O'Reily and Limbaugh. They are shooting up churches and local gyms. It's not just racial, as we learned that the Pittsburgh shooter's anger was targeted against women. But it's anger on the right nonetheless. What appears to most of us to be lunacy is really an incapability of most on the right to accept that they are no longer in control. And they are not afraid to get violent about it.

With the Right-Wing hate media such as O'Reilly and Limbaugh egging on the anger, the Insurance industry pouring millions per day into inciting the anger and the Republican leadership in Congress further encouraging the behavior, it can be safely said that we are entering dangerous territory here. The only problem is that it is not just the lunatic fringe.

" You may have seen it: An angry mob in Texas carrying fake tombstones with Rep. Lloyd Doggett’s name on it. Signs with an “SS” symbol on it calling Obama a Nazi. A cardboard version of Rep. Frank Kratovil hanged in effigy outside his district office by “Teabaggers” in Maryland. "

Anyone else think these are 'false flag' operations? These sound like Leftists Pretending to be Tea Party protesters, not geniune Tea Party types. Effigies, nooses, this is all the left's signature stuff. What's next giant puppets?

I call BS on this !
