The reason they have had no real supporters out there is because the rat constituency already has all the healthcare they need--welfare medicaid users, union thugs with goldplated insurance plans, gubbermint employees ditto. Been to a couple of Tea Parties. I suspect the libnutz have also seen who is there and its unlikely any of nobamas Acorn crew are going to show up caring to be cannon fodder.

I have been predicting this the last several days
The left is flustered by this surge of grass-roots opposition to what they probably assumed was a slam-dunk deal. Falsely claim a health care 'crisis', ram through a bill that hides the dreary details and then say they actually did something good for America.
The leftist Democrat's anger and frustration at average Americans employing their constitutionally-protected prerogative in a democratic society to speak out to their elected representatives in a public forum on a congressional bill that, if passed, would seriously erode their freedom to choose doctors and treatments they, the public, disagree with is ironic.
The Democrats fear of average Americans catching on to the boondoggle this 'health care reform' bill would be is manifested by their ridiculous attempts to pretend, as they lie to the camera, that the opposition to ObamaCare is really just insurance companies and 'extreme' right-wing radio talk show hosts 'sending' people to these Town Hall meetings to 'sir up trouble'. How insulting to the average American trying to get his congressional representative to listen to him on this very serious issue.
It's long been obvious that leftist Democrat politicians don't care one whit what their constituents want if it isn't what the hard-left Democrats want. They no longer even pretend to 'serve the public' but clearly think the taxpayers exist to serve them and their harmful plans to bankrupt this nation and with monstrosities such as health care 'reform', usurp our freedoms, piece by piece, bill by bill, vote by vote.
They can be stopped. The time is now and this is the battle that must be fought. With Chicago-style thugs in the White House and a president that had read his Saul Alisky handbook, it could get ugly. I expect arrests and claims of 'threats' to Democrat congressmen to justify shutting down dissent from average Americans. The public hearings will cease and a vote will be rushed through in the senate. It should fail. Once they have this 'reform' in place, it will only get worse. I expect the senste will water down the bill to make it seem more reasonable. Then, a few months later, the rules will quietly be changed to get exactly what the leftists wanted all along; a single-payer health care system with heavy restrictions on medical services for the elderly and other rationing schemes. It will cost 10 times the projected amount, as these things always do. Health care will be compromised for many and no one will really be happy with it. Too bad. It will be 'THE LAW" and you WILL obey! You'll also have nowhere else to go for health care because the private insurance companies will get out and/or be forced out of the business within a year or two of this bills implementation.
I think Americans are catching on to the negative aspects of this health care 'reform' and making their voices heard. Democrats don't want that! They will, first, try to intimidate and mock the protestors, then shut them out and ignore them, claiming they were just 'tools' of the insurance companies, etc.
They can be defeated. This is still a democracy. I pray it remains one.
As things stand, it will take a military coup followed by a short, intense and bloody civil war to set things straight in America. This is dictated by the nature of our enemies.
