Ark. crowd mocks lawmakers over Obama health plan

Chris Murphy(CT-2) also received an earful from an overwhelming majority who opposed BO's socialist health care plan. He had the gall to hold the meeting outside a grocery store in a strip mall. He initially had people sign up to speak to him but that idea fell apart when the crowd became too large for a one on one. He then tried to speak to the whole crowd without any PA system. Only those closest to him could hear anything.

He had an aide roaming the crowd listening and talking to people. They gave him an earful. I informed him the federal government regulating health care is unconstitutional since it is not listed in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution. He replied he had read the Constitution and it was legal for the federal government to regulate health care. I told the aide this meeting should have been conducted indoors with a PA system. The aide replied Murphy didn't think there would be so many people. I told him that was naive since town hall meetings throughout the country were drawing big crowds. I asked him why he wasn't taking notes. He replied he would remember everything everyone said. I left shortly thereafter. It was a farce.

Ross is my Congressman and just a couple of months ago he was praising Nancy Pelosi’s name in the local news paper. I don't trust this man as for as I can throw him.

I think she should be reprimanded by her fellow Congressmen for this statement unless she has absolute proof of this. Guess we need to be on guard for some bogus protestors that would try to do this and get a picture taken. Send them home if they show up.

I hope I'm wrong, but the division could be calculated on someone's part. We seem to be coming closer and closer to real physical confrontations and an inability for the sides in this issue to listen to one another. This is not good territory for the Republic - economy / Chinese ownership / Russian subs off the east coast? Ok, I'll take off my tin-foil cap, but things are less civil with each passing day.

The people I come into contact with on a daily basis are pissed off at the arrogant politicians and nobody is paying them to be angry. The democrats are so arrogant they think that a person needs to be paid to not like them. They are way out of touch with reality.
