Her "slap" was very inappropriate. But in the film it is slow enough, and gentle enough to be deeply insulting but not damaging.
The fat guy next to her, however, is an activist lawyer. I think it is safe to say that husband and wife were double-teaming, trying to start a confrontation in which Osteen (the slap receiver) would react to the assault and open himself up to a damaging lawsuit. He did not give them the pleasure.

People should be aware of this sort of thing. My inclination (I'm no tough guy) would be that if someone put their hands on me, I would react very forcefully. I wouldn't put up with that crap. BUT these people are looking for that reaction and probably have compatriots rready to sue (or stomp) anyone who reacts to the Leftist's provocation.

They've got insidious tactics.

Is she married to the fat. out-of-shape guy? Given the pathetic physical appearance of both the assailants, I would be inclined to ignore it as the hysterical reaction of some government-employee union types.

Do you know this for a fact (have a name)?

FoxNews, Drudge, et al might be interested.

My inclination, based on this, would have been to “pat” her fuzzy little head and comment on her raising, to see if that would provoke a more actionable response (maybe from the TOL).... This country boy don’t like being “messed” with.

TOL would be ‘Tub Of Lard” for those who didn’t know.

They do have insidious tactics and their hypochritical tactics are as transparent as can be. America has unfortunately voted in a true thugocracy.

Obama/Pelosi et al are deliberately stirring the pot of anger. They want to start civil unrest at which point the FRAUD can then bring down the hammer as in Martial Law. This devilish POS is going to RULE America with an iron fist, one way or another. Mostly, he will use his past, Acorn, to do the deed for him. CO

You are exactly right about their provocation, seeking retaliation. Think about it in the sports context; a player gets a cheap shot from a thug on a goon team. The player retaliates by shoving back or taking a poke at the thug.

Who gets the penalty?

As insulting as it is, we have to take it or we will be portrayed as the thugs. That’s just the rules of engagement imposed by the state-run media.

I agree... the first thing I thought when I saw the photos was that it wasn't a very hard slap. It looked like it was staged; But when you said who he was (activist lawyer) and considering who she is, is makes perfect sense. And the guy asking the question was very smart for handling it the way he did. MAJOR FAIL for the bat/rat couple.

It would be possible (and, in my estimation, appropriate) if a fat old pissbag were to slap someone like that, to lift the right foot a few inches and bring it down hard with all one's weight on the instep arch of the attacker, snapping the long bones very painfully.

It would happen off camera, indeed, any onlooker would only see the pissbag slap you and then fall to the floor screaming as you stood there, arms at your side.

Ahhh. The timeless beauty of intelligent thought and considered action.
