GUADALAJARA, Mexico (AP) -- President Barack Obama says Canada's government-run health care system works for Canada, but wouldn't work for the U.S.
He warned Canadians that they will probably continue to get dragged into the debate over health care changes in the U.S. by those who oppose his proposals.
Opponents of Obama's plan to reshape health care have contended it would result in a government-run system where people are denied care, as they say happens in Canada.
Obama said he didn't find Canadians scary but that they were proving a bogeyman for others.

Canada has one tenth the population of the US and none of the ten thousand illegal immigrants entering every day. If they did, in 10 years they’d be fully Mexican.
I wonder how many Canadians are getting nervous that they won’t be able to come down to America for care they can’t get in Hockey Heaven.

What a LIAR. No one is saying that the Canadians are scary, what we are saying with no deniable facts that the Canadian socialized medicine is a disaster and Obama is certainly imposing a similar socialized medicine system on us.
Where will they get good health care then??

I think this a rhetorical screw up by Obama. If he admits the Canadian system won’t work in the U.S. that places alot of scrutiny on any parts of his plan that match up. So how is his monstrosity different or have the authors even read enough of the bill to know themselves?
If it weren’t for clever misdirection and straw man arguments, Obama would have nothing to say.
Remember this always about Obama-—whatever he says depends on which side of the forked tongue he speaks. Usually the opposite fork is the message!

During the election debate at Ole Miss, he indicated to someone in the audience that his eat piece wasn't working. I watched on Fox. It was an unguarded moment. No one commented on it at the time. Wish I could find that video.
