First of all, you have know way to know whether that $1.352 million on birther lawsuits, and there's absolutely no evidence that it was.

Second of all, producing the long-form birth certificate wouldn't stop the vast majority of the lawsuits, since most of the lawsuits aren't about Bambi's birthplace. Therefore, even if some of that money was spent defending birther lawsuits (and I doubt it), producing a long-form birth certificate wouldn't save a dime.
