I like the idea of facing down the tyrannical central government, and forcing them to adhere to the clear mandates of our Constitution, but I do not support secession.

We can “get ‘er dun” without leaving the union. I think that just the threat of secession would cause Washington to squirt their trousers, but I don’t think we need to actually go through with it.

The way I see it, is this country belongs to The People. It’s our Union. Not Washington’s.

If there’s going to be a separation, I vote to separate DC from the rest of us.

I’m not sure we can do it without secession. I’m a Texan and I support seccesion 100% The corrupt fed government will keep calling our bluff if we don’t. Texas can reunite someday if it becomes feasible. The feds won’t attack Texas with force, either. The political fallout from that would cause other states to secede and they know it. The selfish and corrupt government we have now will never change without drastic measures, I fear. Because there are no consequences for wrongdoing.
