...I don't know where this woman came from, but Texas voters are going to send her back there ASAP.Her Houston district is one of those where blacks (38%) and Hispanics (42%) combined have a clear majority. (There is some overlap in those numbers.) An entrenched black Democrat can generally be re-elected there for the rest of her life. So the only way voters would ever "send her back there" would be to beat her in a Dem primary and it's highly unlikely. That's as good an explanation as any for Jackson Lee's exraordinary arrogance.
