Peter Jennings will not be here to yell at America's new temper tantrum of 2010.

First Place "Some thoughts on those angry voters. Ask parents of any two-year-old and they can tell you about those temper tantrums: the stomping feet, the rolling eyes, the screaming. It's clear that the anger controls the child and not the other way around. It's the job of the parent to teach the child to control the anger and channel it in a positive way. Imagine a nation full of uncontrolled two-year-old rage. The voters had a temper tantrum last week....Parenting and governing don't have to be dirty words: the nation can't be run by an angry two-year-old."

- ABC World News Tonight anchor Peter Jennings in his daily ABC Radio commentary, November 14,1994.

For goodness sakes, talk about him following HIS own agenda and not the interests of his constituents.

He must really think he is smarter than all of his constituents. Politicians need to remember who they work for and this guy needs to be voted out and pronto.

The sad thing here is that he really believes it will help the people. It is obvious that he has never taken an economics course at any time in his life.

NAVAL ACADEMY GRADUATE I served under some great Officers in the Navy....thankfully not under the POS!

Born in Charleston, S.C., the son of a career naval officer, Massa grew up in various locations, including Argentina and New Orleans. Massa graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis in 1981 and went on to serve in the Navy for 24 years. He qualified as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS New Jersey (BB-62), and eventually served as aide to former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, General Wesley Clark. Near the end of his Navy career he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, from which he later recovered. A former Republican, he left his party over the issue of the Iraq War and campaigned in New Hampshire during the campaign of his former boss, Wesley Clark’s failed presidential bid.

He might change his mind after he's been through a rowdy town hall meeting where his constituents are yelling at him. LOL!

What's important to note is that this video clip wasn't at a townhall meeting in his district in front of his constituents.

No, this video was shot at a leftwing Netroots meeting in Pittsburgh PA. Also note that he is talking to these Netroots leftwing nuts and he his calling his constituents behind their backs, "rightwingers".

This seems to go along with what you’ve been saying about the Dems willing to get this through at any cost...

He's going to need to add "looking for a resume editor and apartment" to his priorities.

Texas reps aren't that dumb. Natural selection and environmental pressures, and all of that. Wouldn't be healthy, and they couldn't breed on account of lack of ability.

I would guess that this well connected, carpetbagging Massa guy, who probably doesn't even like living in his Appalachian district, probably has a job already lined up in the Obama administration.

probably has a job already lined up in the Obama administration.

An even better reason for keeping the ole resume fresh.

That job posting may not last long after the American people finish reforming their government.

And face it, it's time to reform the government. Mulligan, do-over, whatever you call it. Bring it down and build something that fits.

We are/did reserve the right to choose our government, not just which branch/party gets to screw us.

Huh? So, HE knows what’s best for the people of his district? I think the “I will vote against the interests of my district” tells it all. That is the money line and a huge gift to his opponent in the next election.
