Never fall for the sophistry that this is just some technicality about a birth certificate. This born-and-bred Marxist has concealed not just his birth records, but his academic records and everything else significant about his background. All we know about his past is what he chose to hype in his heavily-fictionalized and glamorized “autobiographies.”
I don't care so much about convoluted conspiracies.
Frankly, regardless of which way this issue goes, my opinion of BO won't change.

It isn't exactly our fault, as Team Obama has spent millions conflating the two different documents, claiming that it is a BC, or at any rate "just as good." It ain't.

I think a dual citizen does not meet the qualifications ... or at least according to the definition of "natural born citizen" the founders had in mind. Undivided allegiance, from birth (and perhaps, from adoption).
And that's what it's all about, folks! Why has nobody sued over this issue? You shouldn't be able to make 20 million illegal aliens *legal*, just because you want their votes. That should be illegal. If the Republicans think THEY are the ones who are going to get these votes, they are sadly mistaken.
He was elected by saying the right things, things like a promise to have the most transparent administration ever. It's hard to know which is funnier: that he said that with a straight face or that people actually believed him.
The truth is, he has been anything but transparent, especially about who and what he is or where he came from. Apparently, he has two ghost written "auto"biographies telling a pretty tale that helped people feel comfortable electing him and, ironically enough, made him enough money to pay to keep his real past a secret.
That a narcissist like obama spends any money or time hiding key documents about his past tells me his real, actual truth is not what the public thinks it is from reading his drama-documentary obamabiographies. Here is where appearances tell me obama is lying.
We need to know the facts. We need the truth to set either obama or the country free.

It is demonstrably obvious that no state or federal authority has demanded proof of NBC status as well.
There in lies the rub. No state or federal authority is charged with checking the birth certificates of the candidates. Hopefully that will change in time for the next election. All it will take is one state.
Of course, the Arpuzzo/Donofrio argument is also trying to get a hearing.

Under what clause of the Constitution?
One could say under the authority of Article VI Clause 3:
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;
The argument is that if the Executive officer did not meet the qualifications, then voting him into office does not alone satisfy the qualifications -- he still fails to meet the qualifications and is not Constitutionally the President. They would be saying that the qualification to be president is that 1) he meets the natural-born qualification, AND 2) he meets the electoral qualification. Winning the vote is not superior to meeting the natural-born qualification, therefore he is still unqualified if not proven to meet BOTH requirements.
Therefore, the military, by oath to defend the Constitution in Article VI, would have the authority to remove the man from office.

I’m extremely conservative, and a reservist. I don’t know of anyone active or reserve that would attempt to remove a sitting POTUS by force of arms - it is unthinkable. The moment the military does that, we no longer have a country. Any removal of a POTUS, must be done by constitutionally and follow the rule of law. Using military force is NOT an option in my thinking and I would never participate in such an action and would help put down those who would.
BTW - I don’t think President Obama is NOT a “natural born” citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution. However, as a member of the Armed Forces, I will express my opinions via the ballot, privateley contacting members of congress, etc. Also, although I would not do it, I think Major Cook is using a lawful means to challenge POTUS eligibility. However, a military coup will never be acceptable...ever. So, don’t think it is a “fact”, because IT ISN’T.

Sorry for the poor grammer. What I meant to say is that I also question President Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS because I don’t think he is a “natural born” citizen as required by the constitution.
That being said, I, as someone with military status, would have no part of a military attempt to end an administration. To do so would be unconstitutional and the very thing the Founding Fathers feared of a standing army. It would be wrong....it ain’t gonna happen on my watch.

Exactly correct. I would be breaking my oath to defend the constitution IF I did an unconstitutional act. A coup is unconstitutional.
