ChiefEngineer made her last post on FR in early July. She is now in Canada and fighting for her life. Unable to get medical help for breast cancer in the US she returned to her family in British Columbia and was able to get herself reinserted into BC Health. She will be having radical surgery soon because the cancer has spread and then she will be getting radiation and chemo treatments. She is very, very sick and needs our prayers and good wishes not someone shouting in CAPITAL LETTERS about sources. I contacted her about her request to the UH to find out when Lefforge had returned there to teach but she said they never responded.
Fred I really appreciate your passion for this investigation and all the interesting things you have discovered. I check you out every day to see what’s new and you always impress me. Perhaps you could contact the UH now to find out more about Lefforge and when he taught there. Perhaps you could also find out what addresses they have for him. Perhaps snail mail would bring forth a better response than email although perhaps it would be good to do both.
Ordinarily I remain on topic and have provided links AND sources numerous times regarding Orland and Thelma Lefforge and fail to see any point in continually repeating them ad nauseum to you, LucyT and Iowan who have taken it upon yourselves to become the source and link police for only comments which I make. I have more important matters which must be attended to and I feel rather sorry for the three of you who decided to make things personal. Please rememember that “there but for the grace of God go I...” and take it from there. I have not been on Line since late May and there is every reason to believe that you will not see me around past 2009 so take that for what it is worth. Remember words type in haste can not be taken back.
