Ernest Hancock, the online radio host who interviewed the man with the assault rifle outside yesterday's Obama event in Arizona, today stated that the whole event was actually planned in advance. Watch the video below.
Hancock appeared on Rick Sanchez's CNN show this afternoon. After explaining a few details about the interview, including the tidbit that he's known 'Chris' (the man with the AR-15) for two years because of their mutual work for Ron Paul, the CNN host said "the more we look into this, the more it appears that it was really planned."
"Oh, it's more planned than you think," Hancock responded. He then let loose with a string of details, including how Hancock contacted the Phoenix police department days before the event and how he was partially motivated to do so because of the controversy surrounding William Kostric, the man armed with a gun outside of Obama's town hall in New Hampshire last week.

I do too. I don't care if it was a publicity stunt. He carried it lawfully and respectfully and that needs to be done until it is so passe that it wouldn't work as a publicity stunt.
Actually, I think it was a really good idea. You see, the SRM like to portray EBRs as capable of action all by their lonesome, and here we have a case where one was actually seen in public... and it didn’t leap to life and gun everyone down! It didn’t turn its owner into a blood-crazed killing machine.
All in all, I’d call it a win.
Agree, I don't like the Lindsey Grahams either. These fellows appeared to have acted very rationally and planning appropriately.

I find it interesting that someone peacefully exercising their lawful Constitutionally-protected right was orchestrated as a publicity stunt.

Not an attempt to hijack the thread, just pointing out that anyone with a strong desire for things to be as they want, rather than as they are, can easily be duped.

By definition. all protests or demonstrations are “publicity stunts” intended to sway others to a cause or promote something.
