If the case against Obama and the Government was heard on last Monday and went against the Government, would it be sealed pending Appeal?

And is this the reason we have heard nothing? Not even from Mssrs Kerchner and Apuzzo on their website?

Has a Court finally heard the Case and ruled against Obama?

Hopefully Mario is making progress. He is a patriot like Berg, orly, Leo, Cort, Cook, Gary Kreep, Pidgeon and others trying to expose the fraud.

No, it wouldn't be sealed.

Most likely, the Judge heard oral argument on the motion but hasn't issued his decision yet. Some judges take weeks, or even months, to issue a written decision after a motion hearing.

Just a thought, what is the cost of having an attorney such as Elizabeth Ann Pascal represent an individual in a case like this for 6 months through 38 dockets? Perhaps an estimate can be derived by requesting the same information from the attorney for the plaintiff, Mario Apuzzo? I only bring it up because numerous guesses as to how much of the taxpayer dime is being spent to defend Mr. Obama have been posited. The credibility of these estimates is always questioned by someone crying 'show me where he has spent a single dime'. This I think is ridiculous. Costs are associated with representation. Or perhaps we are to believe that Pascal and all the other defense lawyers are working pro bono publico ... (perhaps not so much for the public good as for political favors).
