I like your illustration....That’s a likely response from someone that would NOT make his daughters pay for some mistake (like getting pregnant), he indicated that he would have the unwanted babies aborted! They obviously don’t care much about the lives of others, just their own miserable lives! With that in mind, yes he would be willing to put 50 million in that BIG hole!!

It’s too bad that freeper ‘the long march’ and his cohort ‘Gondring’ , especially ‘the long march’ is making this more about himself or herself than anything else.
All I was saying in response to ‘the long march’, was the government is using the power of suggestion (by circling the response ) that in their opinion should be your correct answer...that is the power of suggestion. That is very wrong and blatantly despicable as far I’m concerned an EVIL thing to do to our Veterans or anyone else for that matter!!

Yes, I do think it is a good idea to consider ahead of time what decisions you might like to make when you come to the end of your life. Yes, I do think you should maybe appoint a person you would like to be in charge of your medical directives and put into writing, but certainly NOT the Feds sticking papers under your nose to read and declare what decisions you’ve made under their power of suggestion to you.

Freeper ‘Gondring’ needs to get the facts straight! President Bush in the one that put an end to the VA Admin, using these particular type of questions on our Veterans.
Obama and his administration has re-instituted.....this trashy and EVIL type of questionnaire!!

Plain and simple what the government is trying to do with this and by overriding the opinions of the millions of Americans that do not want this kind of healthcare is just Wrong!!!

I think you mean, in a Augustine society. It wasn't for several centuries after Christ's death and departure that The Church reversed position and banned suicide and euthanasia.

See Michelle, I told you that we had plenty of space to put all of the old and worthless Americans and worthless depressed and disabled veterans in and get them out of the way. We could put about 50 million of them in that big hole. Then, we can use their estate taxes to fund the 40 million former illegals, who are now our voters and needing healthcare.

Actually, read carefully. "Your Life, Our Choices" is what I wrote... in other words, the Bush Administration did not provide any information, but simply removed information from veterans. I can only assume they wanted veterans kept in the dark; if they had a preferred way of conveying this information, they had 8 years to provide it.
