MORE! Is the Virgin Islands a territory like Puerto Rico...? This guy had more weapons/equipment in his shopping cart.
[snip] Police in Florida say a decorated officer was gunned down in the line of duty by a man who was once a police officer in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Hogue says the suspected shooter is 34-year-old Humberto Delgado Jr., a Virgin Islands police officer from 1996 to 2000.
Delgado was being held and no attorney was listed. His cousin tells Bay News 9 that Delgado recently moved to the area and was living on the streets after moving out of his uncle’s house. She says he has a history of mental illness.

That is one scary dude!
More:
[snip]Delgado has been ordered held without bail on charges that could carry the death penalty.
The 34-year-old never looked up as deputies held him by the arms. He is on suicide watch at the jail, which means a deputy is always with him. Delgado is a former police officer and Army veteran who was heavily armed at the time of the shooting.
(Our army?? OMG..)
Members of Delgado’s family watched the appearance from the courthouse. One of his uncles, Jorge Benitez, said they were “very sorry” for the slain officer’s family.
Delgado’s aunt told reporters that he had had psychological problems for some time. She said they had no idea he had assault weapons, handguns, and a large amount of ammunition when they asked him to leave their Oldsmar home two weeks ago. (Right...the family NEVER knows!)

damn amish
poorly written...
Leave him alone and save the state some money...
Lend him some rope, say six feet of good cord ... to do his nails with, of course.
No kidding!
I’m so tired of these sick, twisted people. We’ve always had them, but we’ve never had SO many of them!
