Precisely what kind of trouble was not specified, and was no doubt communicated verbally. Keep your eyes open folks, and don’t allow yourselves to be provoked. Also, keep an eye on the more excitable and antagonistic folks protesting Obamacare. If they’re acting provocatively in front of news crews or private video cameras, they may not be on your side at all.”
So far I haven’t seen any sign of this, and it may be just talk, but stay tuned. And stay calm even if provoked, which is always good advice.
It sounds as though the communists are getting desperate. Their dream of a communist “utopia” isn’t coming as easy as they thought it would.
I saw this during the 2004 election with paid MoveOn.Org union thugs.
When they are paying thugs to get laws passed then the public needs to rise up. These people are evil. SEIU and ACORN are also filled with illegals.
Some pro-Obamacare fanatic showed up to our recess rally. He was given a chance to speak, and dismissed the entire protest because it was “all white” (he was black).
The freeloaders are desperate for their “single payer” healthcare as long as the “single payer” isn’t them.
It was an encouraging day regardless. The honks from cars outnumbered the negative comments and gestures, 10 to 1. And this was in Seattle, the belly of the beast.
Stay cool and if you can't, don't go. I am married to a man with a short fuse and I don't want him to participate until he can promise he will not react to provocateurs. He reluctantly agrees, so far.
I was standing next to a very nice black gentleman today, and there were a handful that attended the ant-Obamacare Town Hall on Thursday. Being against socializing America is not a black and white issue, nor a Republican Democrat issue. Coming from a family of the original Reagan Democrats, I welcome anyone on our side as we fight this.

You always walk around on eggshells? Really tired of our side being so influenced by the vermin on the left, by how the media might portray us.
Also, go with your husband’s instincts. Frankly, this country was better and stronger when that happened more often than it does today.

I do not want my husband set upon by a dozen thugs and beaten, then blamed because he is white, conservative, Christian and heterosexual. Not do I want one of our side responsible for draconian laws that will limit public protest.
We are being baited. They want someone to go off, so they can really take them apart and then make sure no one is ever again allowed to publicly protest by declaring some sort of official emergency. It is a lot more galling to the thugs to attempt a provocation and have it ignored while they are then arrested. Frankly, I think if we adopted the tactics of the early Civil Rights Movement, the Eastern European Color Revolutions or Ghandi, then we would have the numbers and a visible, theatrical moral high ground.
It would be satisfying to punch the thugs out, but then what? It will be a lot more satisfying to see them visibly fail without our side being drawn into a no-win physical brawl.
If it's only one or two, they will hang on the fringes and hope some friendly press arrives, and make for sympathetic photos. It's all an act.
The main thing to remember is, they're trying to get all the media attention and camera time. They'll move alongside you and maybe smile, but they don't really engage. They won't swap stories with you, they won't show you their hand-painted signs. Then, when the cameras come on, suddenly there's a rush to the front and they pull out their signs opposing your message.
There's no reason to fear them. They're sheep and probably more afraid of you than you are of them.
Cornered a bunch of them (union thugs and bums pulled off the street with the lure of a few bucks -- truly!) during the 2000 election protests.
Once they show their cards, you can blast them with bullhorns and they'll disappear pretty fast.
You have the passion on your side. They don't. They are people who have forsaken all dignity.
They threatened to do this at the April 15 and July 4 Tea Party’s too...it didn’t materialize, because American patriots were prepared to kick their asses.
