Swine flu MAY lead to as many as 90,000 deaths as reported by the President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology
If 90,000 Americans die from Swine Flu, then it will be because the Obama administration FAILED. They had more than enough notice, more than enough time, to have a vaccine ready and waiting (assuming the vaccine is effective at protecting people from contracting Swine Flu).
Obama = EPIC FAIL

In fact I just got over having some kind of flu bug. I had read about elderberry syrup doing a better job then tamaflu. Tried it, not sure if it really worked or not. I got sick about 5 days ago and this afternoon I'm pretty much back to normal. I'm thinking it works like zinc for colds does. It probably cut the severity down and the length.
This sounds wacky but everybody should read it anyway — deadly disease or deadly plot?

Thank God that President Bush has prepared this country for the worse by stockpiling medicines during his administration. Too bad that Obama has not continued that effort.
If Obama and his minions were really worried about this...why have we not heard about their preperations to deal with the sick and dying? It is already the beginning of FLU SEASON for christ’s sake!! We haven’t heard of them doing anything(other than the stupid vaccines and they are even doing that piss poorly)!
They should have been ordering more breathing machines, antibiotics, emergency hospital beds and setting up methods for dealing with this so called ‘crisis’. They have done nothing..zip,zero,nada in that regard. Obama and the democrats are too busy pushing his marxist bills down our throats. If this really does develop into a genuine crisis...we are screwed!

Yesterday, the Doctor they have on Fox Sunday mornings said the SWINE flu is a MINOR flu.....and that they do NOT even recommend Tamiflu for it.....SHEESH....make up your minds bureaucrats!

The 90,000 number was probably dragged out of this administration. It is the lowest estimate I've seen in the last two weeks. With WHO reporting a mortality rate of nearly 1% and others projecting 0.5% most estimates are twice that.
Obama and his HSS has been hiding the threat because HSS botched vaccine delivery (and liberals certainly remember what they did to Bush the year there was a shortage).
