Don’t count on it. If the extended Kennedy family can’t find someone to run in his seat, the Democrat establishment or the national press will invent another Kennedy. It’s all b***s*** of course, but that’s what the Kennedy family has been for a long while.

No, Watch them try and cross-promote Obamacare with the Kennedy brand. Doubt they’ll mention Mary Jo, but never underestimate the AP’s ability to manufacture news.

It’s ironic that the least of the four brothers lived the longest. Life isn’t always fair. He was haunted by the ghosts of the departed, and that shaped his life, for better or worse. May God have mercy on his soul.

Well, he gave a tremendous eulogy at RFK’s funeral.
Whatever your opinion may be of the things that Ted Kennedy promoted, he was effective in fighting for them. Many of us should be as effective.
Aside from the matter involving Mary Jo Kopechne, I do not recall hearing that he was provably involved in outright crime, graft or corruption.
And he spent many years participating in the United States Senate. We need many good people, with right principles, who will serve our country in the Senate for as many years as Ted Kennedy held office.
His passing is undoubtedly a loss for his family, and they have my sympathy.
...and both of natural causes!
Maybe Patrick Kennedy should be voted out real quick so we don’t have the same with him for years that we had with his dad
