I think W thought this stuff was way too far beneath him. Think about it. He was running the nation’s White House as it was intended (boy do I miss that) and stinking media lies were so abundant about the man. I believe he knew that someday all the truth would be revealed and it didn’t matter to him whether it was on earth, or before the Judgment Seat of the Almighty, who will one day say, “Well done.”
Back then blogs and FR were a vast right wing conspiracy.Like black helo stuff...
good blog on this
Bush volunteered for Vietnam.
CLICK NEWS.
NOTHING...
Case and point.
Great blogs though...
Lt. George W. Bush
He was another Patriot.
Just bumped it. Thanks.
How about if she wasn't on fire, would you piss on her?
Nope - she might be a fan of the golden shower.
Completely apolitical (surprised me, given the subject of the book), and an excellent history, IMHO.
And, if I recall right, McGovern's unit had an attrition rate somewhere north of 400%. So much for the Air Force being "Easy Duty".
When I google it straight up, I get 245,000. (One early one is saying back in 2004 that this is a lie.)
When I hit news, we now have one whole story, this latest one.
“I really dont understand people who will not stand up for themselves.”
27:12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. (27:12-14) “He answered him to never a word.”
27:13 Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
27:14 And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.
Sometimes the mere act of answering a question legimitizes the question (and the questioner).
Or, in the infamous words of NewsWeek editor Evan Thomas:
“the narrative was right but the facts were wrong”
Thanks for the ping.
George W. Bush was (and is) the most slandered man in the world ever since he first ran for President.
Well said.
Meanwhile, Kerry admitted several years ago that he signed up for swift boat duty because he thought it would keep him out of Vietnam.
yep I guess so.
Oh please, spare me the biblical nonsense. Frankly, I’m offended that you even have the temerity to equate a politician with Jesus. There is no moral equivalency.
The net result of Bush’s spectacularly failed presidency is that we have a Marxist sitting in the WH.
The two things that worked out for Bush were his SC appointees and the US was not hit be terrorists again after 9-ll. To be sure, these were significant achievements. But the dems may have an opportunity to negate that achievement before Onada is out of the WH. In any case, Bush had 8 years to do so much more and failed. Then he decided to push so-called “Comprehensive Immigration Reform”. This was a euphemism to give illegals a free ride to citizenship. Even his tax cuts were compromised by run-away gov’t. spending. And, despite attempts to make it appear otherwise, Bush never effectively brought the sub- prime lending problems to the attention of the American public.
The point of my response was that sometimes the mere act of answering a question legitimizes the question and the questioner. Jesus knew that. I assume that Bush does as well.
I did not equate a politician with Jesus. I used an example to illustrate a point.
It’s not hard. Figure it out.
