Our friends at Restate are hearing credible rumors that Leon Panetta is quitting over the proposed procecution of CIA operatives. If this is true, kudos to Leon...

O will only protect those who ‘acted reasonably *and* relied on legal advice from the DoJ’.
All that necessary is to define the people O wants to prosecute as having ‘acted unreasonably’ and the ‘protection’ instantly evaporates.

I’ve been hearing all day that his resignation is imminent - keep hearing that he’s livid about this kangaroo investigation by that racist Eric Holder.....if he does, in fact, resign then he will go up a little in my estimation of him.....and I don’t think Hillary will be far behind....I still think she’s going to quit before the end of the year and then challenge Hugo in 2012.....
