excerpts....
When a portion of wealth is transferred from the person who owns it without his consent and without compensation, and whether by force or by fraud to anyone who does not own it, then I say that property is violated; that an act of plunder is committed.
I say that this act is exactly what the law is supposed to suppress, always and everywhere. When the law itself commits this act that it is supposed to suppress, I say that plunder is still committed, and I add that from the point of view of society and welfare, this aggression against rights is even worse. In this case of legal plunder, however, the person who receives the benefits is not responsible for the act of plundering. The responsibility for this legal plunder rests with the law, the legislator, and society itself. Therein lies the political danger.
The Choice Before Us
This question of legal plunder must be settled once and for all, and there are only three ways to settle it:
1. The few plunder the many. 2. Everybody plunders everybody. 3. Nobody plunders anybody.
We must make our choice among limited plunder, universal plunder, and no plunder. The law can follow only one of these three.
Limited legal plunder: This system prevailed when the right to vote was restricted. One would turn back to this system to prevent the invasion of socialism.
Universal legal plunder: We have been threatened with this system since the franchise was made universal. The newly enfranchised majority has decided to formulate law on the same principle of legal plunder that was used by their predecessors when the vote was limited.
No legal plunder: This is the principle of justice, peace, order, stability, harmony, and logic. Until the day of my death, I shall proclaim this principle with all the force of my lungs (which alas! is all too inadequate).
but how do you convert the new liberals who are against the use of logic?
Make them pay taxes?
“but how do you convert the new liberals who are against the use of logic?”
All people are capable of logic. It just needs to be packaged correctly. “The Law” is perfect fot this.
Pull them out of college & into the real world.
Some people will not accept your premise. Some would not call it “plunder”, some would say it is justice overdo, some would say under certain conditions it’s acceptable, or even the right thing to do.

College students as well as their professors have all been won over after reading “The Law” - you just have to get it into their hands. Explain that it is profound and logical and let them discover for themselves that it turns them into conservatives.
Are you sure they’re not just telling you they’ve converted so you’ll stop tapping on their windows at night?
“Some people will not accept your premise. Some would not call it plunder, some would say it is justice overdo, some would say under certain conditions its acceptable, or even the right thing to do.”
Agreed - this was excerpted from well into the body of the book. The basis is fully laid out first. If you read it all from the beginning you will agree that by that point the reader WILL regard it as plunder.
“Are you sure theyre not just telling you theyve converted so youll stop tapping on their windows at night?”
Yes, because they joined me working to elect conservatives. It does not just win them over, it activates them.
getting a left wing into job usually changes them. And I don’t mean jobs like media/teacher/desk jobs that are comfy jobs. Get them to do some hard labor, where they work hours are long, then they’ll become to appreciate where the tax money goes
This is one of the most excellent things I think I’ve ever seen posted on this site. Thank you for sharing it.
I believe you when you say that you’ve converted hundreds of liberals into a conservative way of thinking with this treatise. I can see that it’s capable of accomplishing that, in just the small bit I read tonight.
I’ve got the link bookmarked for a full read, later.
Thanks again.

You are welcome. We all need to share these eternal truths with our fellow citizens.
Many conservatives are former liberals who were mugged one time too many.
But progressive-liberals react to truth as vampires react to holy water.
Very good points.
Thanks.
“but how do you convert the new liberals who are against the use of logic?”
No person is against the use of logic. It just has to be made simple enough for them to understand.
I am not sure you fully realize the danger of post-modernism and the pop culture that values style and emotion over substance...but this is getting off topic from a very good post for those who are still attracted to logic and reason.
