Police Sgt. George Ramos said the home's owner called police at 12:57 p.m. to report that the men had just finished having sex and had walked off. So, the voyeur home owner watched until they finished, THEN called the police?
Did he decide to call because he was disatified with their performance?
Wonder if he was too busy videoing it to call sooner?
