What the hell kind of smut reporting is this?

My copy of Guinness Book of World Records is rather old, but it tells me that a Russian mother in the 1700's is verified to have had 69 children. Twenty-seven "confinements", with 16 pairs of twins, 7 sets of triplets, and 4 sets of quads. At least 67 survived infancy.

Also a woman in Argentina (1980's) had produced 32 children who survived.

But the Duggar's are amazing.

The twat who wrote the article listed this as one of her New Year's Resolutions..... slutty much?

.... sometime editor at The Frisky, Amelia McDonell-Parry, listed her New Year’s resolutions and one of them was:

4. No more BJs: Not completely, I mean, and it’s not like I’m giving them at all right now, given my sex sabbatical, but in, uh, past relationships, I realized I was giving them more than the average woman. My friends confirmed this. Hence, I want to join the ranks of my fellow females and make a blow job a special occasion occurrence, rather than part of my usual routine.

Wow, classy and she makes fun of a Christian, married woman

I agree with you, if they can afford the kids on their own then it is a good thing. If they cannot then they should stop.

As long as they ain’t getting any government cheese then god bless them. Someone has to make up for all of the missing children in America since the 70’s.

One of the criticisms I have of the Duggar IS that they made their ‘family’ a cottage industry. ABC isn’t camped out in Michelle Duggar’s bathroom, waiting for the pregnancy test to develop...they ‘alert’ the media themselves.

On ‘paper’ they appear awesome. On the TV show...well...those girls (in particular) lead a pretty hard life (sooo very much of household chores are the RESPONSIBILITY of the kids...not a chore...their ‘job.’) The camera catches all...and some of the episodes show (again the girls) marvelling at their new front loaders at their new house and how wonderful and more effiencient their laundry chores will...and the girl was like 12 or 13. Sorry...learning to be responsible and helping with assigned chores is different than having a younger sibling assigned to you; along with ten loads of laundry or cooking for 20 DAILY.

I remember being kind of shocked at first when I saw their documentary on tv, but after thinking about it, they are raising these kids to be honest, decent Christians. They are not on welfare or food stamps. Jim Bob started as a realtor but I believe he has several businesses including having a transmission tower (cellular) on his property for income. The TV show has pretty much set them up for life but they were making it before that show came along.

That many children doesn't work for everyone - it wouldn't for me - but if you've ever watched the show they don't appear to be neglected at all - they are all very sweet and loving and you don't ever hear yelling or threats in that household - seems like a pretty decent way to grow up to me.

Oh ... and Hiram .. one more thing. .... If that picture in the earlier post is authentic, I see a beautiful family of well cared for kids, that are spotless, looked after, loved and in my view ... making asumptions here ... will all make great employees or employers someday.

Yeah looks are deceiving, but FIRST IMPRESSIONS carry a lot of weight. I go with my fist impressions ....

JimBob Duggar has invited the TLC camera crews in (and been paid for it...the documentation of the building of their new home was done so they could financially afford to finish the project...with the help of TLC).
