Critics Decry Obama's 'Indoctrination' Plan for Students
By Joshua Rhett Miller

A suggested lesson plan that calls on school kids to write letters to themselves about what they can do to help President Obama is troubling some education experts, who say it establishes the president as a "superintendent in chief" and may encourage children to support him politically.
Obama will deliver a national address directly to students on Tuesday, Sept. 8, which will be the first day of classes for many children across the country. In a letter to school principals last week, U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan said the president will "challenge students to work hard, set educational goals, and take responsibility for their learning." Obama will also call for a "shared responsibility" among students, parents and educators to maximize learning potential.

Obama to students: “Here is a brown shirt, put it on....”
I need you children to log on to our special website, and report any Thoughtcrime you may overhear...
Dear Mr. President,
I think I know how to help you. I'm sending you a copy of the US Constitution. Read it.
Sincerely,
Suzy Muckenfutch
All Hail Dear Leader!!
Maybe this calls for demonstrations at your local school that day. Show the students that there is another opinion which isn’t being heard.
Alternatively, call your school board and ask if they will prodcast a message from the opposing party. Equal time you know.
I love this...I’m tempted to have my kids do that. BWAHAHAHAHH!!! THANK YOU!!!
This is an outrage!!! Makes me ill.
Dear Mr. Obama:
I am a student in the United States of America, not North Korea or Libya. My obligation is to my country and to the constitution, and above all to God and my family - not to you. It is your job to understand what we need and to reflect our ideals, not the other way around. I may get an “F” on my paper, if my teacher is a liberal worshipper at your feet, but I will gladly take the F as a badge of my ability to think freely and to speak my mind.
Film Producer Accuses NEA of Enlisting Artists to Push Obama's Domestic Agenda

Courrielche said officials on the hour-long call -- including NEA Director of Communications Yosi Sergant and Michael Skolnik, political director for hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons -- encouraged the artists on the line to create works of art in their respective fields related to health care, energy and the environment.
"What I heard was a well thought-out pitch to encourage artists to create art on these issues," Courrielche told FOXNews.com. "We were told we were consulted for a reason, and they specifically stated those issues as the issues we should focus on, to plant the seed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what they're attempting to do."

"The word volunteerism was never used," Courrielche said. "Service was the word being used and it was in specific areas, those being health care, energy and the environment."
Courrielche said the now ubiquitous Obama "Hope" poster by artist Shepard Fairey and musician will.i.am's "Yes We Can" song and music video were offered as "shining examples" of the artist group's clear impact on Obama's landslide election.
The "potential propaganda machine," Courrielche said, is concerning on many levels.
"The issue that troubles me the most is that the NEA was set up to promote the arts," he said. "If you have a meeting where you're trying to set up a machine that does your bidding, a propaganda machine, that's not what the National Endowment for Arts is for."
this is what what public schools are already...indoctrination centers...
Obamas Little Blue Book and the Egg of Power
By Michelle Malkin, January 26, 2009
Tons of people have e-mailed about the Little Blue Book of Obama sayings that a firm called the History Company is hawking on its website. Yes, they really are selling them in 10-packs for $49.50 and yes, the resemblance to Maos Little Red Book is striking. Weirdly, Pocket Obama has a plain blank cover and smacks of a gag especially the last line [it was not a gag -etl]:
"Printed in a size that easily fits into pocket or purse, this book is an anthology of quotations borrowed from Barack Obamas speeches and writings. POCKET OBAMA serves as a reminder of the amazing power of oratory and the remarkable ability of this man to move people with his words. His superb and captivating oratory style has earned comparisons to John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, and this historic collection presents words that catapulted his remarkable rise to the American Presidency. It is an unofficial requirement for every citizen to own, to read, and to carry this book at all times-The History Company [the book is no longer listed on the History Company's web site -etl].

"From May 1966, student members of the Communist Party were encouraged to carry copies of Mao's Little Red Book of quotations. Acting under Mao's leadership, these "Red Guards" used his quotations in their mission to weed out intellectuals. With themes such as Correcting Mistaken Ideas and All Reactionaries are Paper Tigers, the quotations became the standard by which all revolutionary efforts were judged."

From August, 2009...
The portable Castro: Cuba issues Fidel dictionary
HAVANA Cubans accustomed to hourslong speeches, thousand-word essays and lengthy interviews can now get Fidel Castro at a glance, thanks to a new dictionary of El Comandante's teachings.
"Unemployment" and "History" are among the myriad words for which the 339-page paperback provides definitions based on snippets of speeches, columns and statements dispensed by Castro during the 49 years he governed the communist-run island.
The publication, which the government says is meant to provide guidance to Cuban thinkers, calls to mind the "Little Red Book" of the late Chinese communist leader, Chairman Mao Zedong.
LoL! That's what parents should tell their children to write if their school tries to force this Obama brainwashing.
Everyone should bombard the White House as well as their congress critters to tell the Phuking Kenyan Poseur that this is still the U.S. and not his socialist phuking robot state. My children are grown but if I had a wiff of their being exposed to this klown, I would keep them home or take them to my chosen doctor while its still legal to do so.
I just called my school district.
They read me this statement:
The super attendant does not support any form of political or religious speech taught in the classroom. So, they will not broadcast the presidents address.
Hey, I thought I would have to pull my kids out of school.
