OBAMA DOESN’T GET IT. EVERY TIME HE MAKES A SPEECH HIS RATINGS DROP AND HE JUST MANAGES TO GET BOTH SIDES PISSED OFF. HE SHOULD JUST GO AND HIBERNATE.
Sheeesh. Another speech. The man is like a lounge singer with one song in his repertoire.
OR... he could make the speech and as you say turn more people against him.
