Someone on Rush's program said that its illegal in that state to tape anyone without there knowledge. So it may not be able to be used in court. I think this is more about exposing them, then actually a criminal case.

The girl and the film maker can testify though, without admitting the tapes as evidence. The tapes can merely serve to pressure a prosecutor to bring the case.
That's where their bravery comes in. I hope they have a quiet, guarded and anonymous house in another state.
