"Who is Rob Miller?"

Just another spineless Republican politician who speaks his mind then has reservations about it and grovels at the feet of the liberals begging for forgiveness.

Okay, it was unparliamentary for Joe Wilson to call the president a liar during the joint session.

...but not untrue.

Who is Rob Miller?

He's the guy who's going to lose - again - to Joe Wilson in 2010.

Let's face it, in his conservative SC district, this "outburst" isn't going to hurt Wilson very much. In fact, when interviewing voters in the district, about the worst the MSM could find was voters who were "surprised" at it - and that because he has such a local reputation for having a soft-spoken manner.

And as they say in politics, a month is a lifetime. By the time Nov 2010 rolls around, nobody is going to give a rip about this. Especially not after ObamaCare, rammed through over the objections of an unwilling public, begins to implode.

The only reason Miller did as well as he did (46% to Wilson's 54%) in 2008 was because of the massive turnout increase generated by the novelty of Obama at the head of the ticket. That boost will evapourate from next year's election, returning Wilson to his typical comfortable 65%-35% margin of victory.

The first being Rep. Wilson, right after the speech he received criticism from not only the left, but from the right as well. Senator Jon (sic) McCain (R-AZ) during an interview with CNN after the speech said Wilson was "totally disrespectful" and said Wilson needs to "apologize immediately"

Sorry David, but criticism of Wilson from McCain is certainly not coming from the right. Criticism from McCain and the democrats only constitutes criticism from the left and the far left.

Criticism from the “right” by Senator Jon McCain. LMAO.

That all depends on what side of the isle he woke up on.

I would have held Wilson in higher regard had to told McCain where to stuff it.

It’s interesting the insane mob uses the term “childish” to describe Joe Wilson’s welling out of honesty. It was HE, and he almost alone who acted the ADULT that day.

There was another Rep who walked out — that was also the action of a sane adult. But to sit and act the very public role of an appreciative sympathetic audience to a lying slandering madman — that’s not adult at all. It is the act of children in a grade school marched into the school multipurpose room to watch a puppet show.

Rob Miller (D-SC) is a former Marine Capt. and the democrat who ran against Wilson for South Carolina's 2nd congressional district seat in 2008 and lost, but he made a good race of it with little in campaign contributions.

Little? He spent over 600,000 dollars on his loser bid in 2008.
