Obama could instruct his appointed representative to make a deal to allow Iran to manufacture nuclear material. I do not expect that 0 will appoint Hillary to go to Iran. She is a woman and would lack gravitas with the Mullahs. 0 has no doubt already received instructions from Putin.
The net effect of such an agreement would be to diplomatically isolate Israel.
