I just received a call from CPT Connie Rhodes good friend with whom I have been in contact over the past several weeks
He indicated that Judge Land (Federal District Judge, Middle District of Georgia) will provide a Ruling on CPT Rhodes' TRO as well as The Defense's motion to Dismiss.
Pray for Judge Land and CPT Rhodes.
“I go before the LTC board this/next week and have 8 years to MRD, so no worries on getting in enough time in grade if promoted. However, the big question for me is whether or not my packet will be reviewed “honestly” or have one of those secret “Red Flags” assigned to it.”
That is one thing I don’t think they do (I may be naive). However, my experience with HRC St. Louis is that they are horrible incompetent and wouldn’t be able to intentional mess with someone’s record....that would take intelligence. Your more likely to be zapped by them not having your records straight. If your previous OERs have been good, you have a combat tou, and since you are underfilling an O-5 slot. I’d say you have a better the fair chance. The last three USAR boards for MAJ and LTC have been able to find enough “fully qualified” officers to meet their selection quotas.
IF there were going to be any “flags” on you it would be when, if you make the board’s list, they send it to SecDef for approval.
I will be watching Army Times in about 90-120 days and hope to see your name on the promotion list. Since you are already in a LTC slot, your promotion should be back dated to SecDef list approval. May God Bless and keep you. Oh....Hooaah!
Hopefull so. And actually it’s even better really - I’m one of only 15 Officers in the USAR that’s considered “Joint Qualified Officer” with the Skill Identifier 3L as recommended by SECDEF.

I think that it's very unlikely that there is any vital record that shows anyone other than the senior Obama as the father.
There was no reason for Obama's mother to name anyone else on a birth document — this isn't an area that's noted for innate honesty. Very few birth documents show surprising fathers, even when it is demonstrable that cuckoldry has occurred.
Generally speaking, I would agree. But we need to keep in mind that this is a "Legend". Part of the legend might be called "Out of Africa". Other parts of the legend are known to be inaccurate, maybe that part is too?
But I don't think so. BHO Sr's first wife has been quoted as saying that BHO Jr *sounds* and "acts" like BHO Sr. I tend to think that trying to bring her into forming the "legend" would be a much. Not impossible, but unlikely. It's nice Barry sounds and moves like his Daddy, since he sure doesn't look like him, other than coloration, and then only a rather pale version of BHO Senior's.

Although I was an IMA, what you would call a DIMA (24 IDTs 12 AD days a year, min) although we did not use the term (Air Force mid 80s), we had a "training detachment", made up of intelligence types for the most part, along with a small group of technical types attached to the detachment for IDT. All of us did our AD at our unit of assignment. But even during IDT we supported the active force, and a local reserve unit too. (and they supported us with use of their facilities..A Total Force effort). .
We still get together a few times a year, for BBQ and BS. It's great.

Nothing yet of which I am aware - Judge Land is supposed to hand down a ruling sometime today.

Update: The Judge has denied the TRO and dismissed the case, ordering plaintiff to pay costs to defendants.

Roger that. they clearly do not ascribe to the “don’t believe everything you read” tenet of skepticism. That, and do some of your own research - instead of having someone else do it for you.
