NORCO-- A man is accused of repeatedly forcing a 12 year old girl to have sex with him as well as forcing her to sell marijuana, sheriffs officials say.
Julio Louis Cortes, 25, of Westminster is suspected of forcing the 12 year old female victim to have sex and to sell marijuana for the past six months.
During the sexual assaults, Cortes threatened the 12 year old at gunpoint, said Sgt. Matthew Sims of the Norco Sheriff's Department.
Cortes was arrested on Friday September 11th after deputies received a report of sexual assault from the 12 year old female victim.
While deputies were present at the victims home, Cortes called the girl and said he was coming over.
Deputies caught Cortes when he was driving in the area of the victim's home and arrested and booked him for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Anyone with additional information on this ongoing investigation is asked to call Sgt. Matthew Sims or Investigator Boyd at (951) 955-2600.

Some of it is cultural, even according to Presidente Calderon, but mostly it’s because these kind of running from crimes in their own countries and their countries LIKE them here instead of there where THEY have to deal with them.
I think hypothetically if an underage girl forced a man at gun point that would be a rape of him and supersede any statutory rape of her.
But I’m not a lawyer.
