Well, yes, it was entrapment, the same type of gotcha entrapment that many media outlets, including NBC, has practiced in the past. These videos couldn’t be used in a court of law, nor should they be. They were aimed at embarrassing and hopefully disabling a disruptive organization, and they did.
But for a reporter to use such language in describing a story that would have been so juicy that NBC would have dedicated a 20 minute prime time slot to? It’s one thing to be critical of gotcha reporting, it’s completely another to try to discount the efforts of others to the point of trying to make meaningless the actions of your own network in the past. They really gotta get out of the tank where they live and take a good look around, as people are starting to forget to feed the fishies, and they’re running mighty short of guppies to consume themselves.
The defense of ‘Entrapment’ requires that the police induce someone to commit a crime when that person is not already pre-disposed to commit such a crime.
Merely providing the opportunity to commit a crime is not entrapment.
Further, ‘Entrapment’ does not apply to an individual acting privately.
God bless these two, they are going to be fried by the media, keep them in prayer. This is the media, talk about wrong headed. Forget ACRON, forget they are ripping off taxpayers left and right. Not only in money, but, in elections and God only knows what else. Forget that ACRON didn't care that these two were talking about nothing less then the sex trade of young girls. That alone makes me sick and is even worse then them ripping us off and stealing elections.
I guess thats why planned parenthood filed all those charges against the brave little lady that goes undercover to show they promote and protect predators getting underage girls pregnant.
The reason Norah seems so confused and indignant is that is what JOURNALISTS USED to do to get a story. Since they are not doing it anymore (unless it suits their agenda ie spitzer) it is up to regular citizens to do citizen journalism. You cannot hide the truth, you can only choose to spin it or bury it.........

nothing on the Census firing,
nothing on the New York Video,
Nothing on the Senate’s vote to defund,
nothing on the House’s bill to defund.

So...all those years we watched 60 minutes ambush people and go under cover was really entrapment. The whole Food Lion sting was “entrapment”, huh? Wow. These people are pathological. They seem devoid of ANY moral bearings whatsoever.

If someone (Glenn Beck) will now bridge the link to SEIU, the National Education Association (NEA) and the political coffers of the members of Congress (Including Senator, Barack Hussein Obama). We will get a real pretty picture of the reason this government has to go.
