Black & White v. Male & Female

If a president that is as much white as he is black can declare himself black, why can't a South African sprinter that is a hermaphrodite declare herself female?

It works for me.

How different would things be if 0bama did not look like his black side but instead looked like his white side? I bet he would not be president right now.

You may be correct. As for the sprinter, we are not talking about any unfair advantage due to steroid use, rather the way someone was born.

Actually, we are. "Her" bloodstream is flowing with testosterone (s/he has testes like any other man!), and "her" skeleton and musculature is that of a man. S/he is more a man than a woman. S/he has a vagina but NO womb or ovaries. S/he must be disqualified. S/he shattered the women's record--because s/he is NOT A "WOMAN"!
