Not a Soviet publication. This is an Israeli TV station. But they have Russian language services because of all the Russian immigrants.
BUT stand by, the Russian Press is picking it up, too. I will have a short post on that in a minute....

If Americans really knew how journalistically they are “fenced in” and isolated, in the United States, they would be shocked. You sure see it and sense it from abroad. It is a topic among many Americans (and other foreigners) over here.
