My sentiments exactly- this indicates a lie. No parent gets such a thing wrong.
When you say no parent gets such a thing wrong — do you mean the name thing, or what happened as far as the Meningitis story?
Because if you meant it about names - then I have to tell you that’s simply NOT solid ground to stand on. Just read through the posts on this thread alone and you will see it’s something MANY parent do. Getting things screwed up as far as what happened when a kid was admitted to the hospital for a possible serious illness - yeah, that doesn’t really happen...
