Several delegations, including the United States, walked out of the General Assembly chambers just as Iranian President Mahoud Ahmadinajad began to speak. The Canadians were among those who showed their displeasure with the Iranian president by exiting the already-half empty hall. Canadian Foreign Minister told reporters on Tuesday that he would walk out.
Other delegations watched the exodus, some with knowing nods.
It is disappointing that Mr. Ahmadinejad has once again chosen to espouse hateful, offensive and anti-Semitic rhetoric," said the U.S. Mission, which distributed a written statement...
Israel on Tuesday called for a boycott of Mr. Ahmadinijad's speech late Wednesday afternoon.

In a perfect world, Israel, Honduras, Canada, Czechoslovakia, perhaps a few others, would have walked out of the -6bama U.N. speech.
I bet the US only left because Canada said they were going to walk out in advance.

Obama will stay, for obvious reasons — he is right at home with the UN ilk. But if we get another Reagan-conservative in the White House, that big building in New York may be sold for office space and condos.

It’s too bad the US delegation didn’t walk out during the zero’s speech. It sure would be nice if someone in power would stop this guy from destroying our country.
Doesn’t the state of New York and New York City have those inane hate crime laws? Surely they must cover such speeches, and likely include some juicy language that can be used to seize buildings where such behavior is encouraged.
If the US walked out I will assume it was Hillary, if so she has more balls that obama.
I saw an earlier article that listed the countries who walked and can’t find it however the article said “the nearly empty room”
