I mean no orderly hand-off of NK to S. Korea. There may indeed be no war. However, hand-off is not a sure thing.

The S. Korean Army is fanatically trained. They take this stuff very seriously. As does the North, only more so.
I’ve seen U-2 recon photos of the Norths missile installations. They are like ant hills, everywhere.
Seoul is a dynamic 21st century city. And most of Korea’s population wasn’t alive during the war or reconstruction.
History neglected.
