It doesn’t look anything like the other picture. I would say it wasn’t him. In fact, it looks more like Michelle Obama. Look closely.
Look at the very tapered chin and ears. He is biting his lower lip that produces a slightly raised area on both sides of his nose. Eyebrows are also similar.
