Bingo!...or at least a possible bingo among many.

1. marriage in HI (probably in Maui) or Kenya
a. if marriage not polygamous, O is 1948 BNA dual citizen
b. if marriage is polygamous, O is NOT 1948 BNA dual cit.
2. no marrige anywhere, O is NOT a 1948 BNA dual citizen

Kenya marriage...leads to speculation of birth location

This lack of discussion regarding the footprint leads me to believe it might actually be authentic.

As Sherlock Holmes put it, "The dog that didn't bark."

Whether they know, or simply doubt, the doubt is enough.

For an administration which is built on "Hope and Change", doubt is an Earthquake reading 10 on the Richter Scale.

Thanks. Still wondering does this mean that Leo is saying that the Factcheck etc COLB was “real”, or just because it was posted as “real”, therefore the privacy rights etc are waived? Sort of like it may not be really real, but because 0bozo presented it as really real, now he has to still waive those rights? Otherwise he’d have to say “Gee guys, it was a forgery, and so I still have my privacy rights”?

(Simple minds require simple explanations - it takes work for my poor brain to understand legal stuff even a tiny bit.)

“if marriage not polygamous, O is 1948 BNA dual citizen”

I am not sure this is correct. You have to make sure born in the US would not require an act of registration. Can’t remember if it does. And the marriage IF it took place has to be polygamous unless Sr divorced Kezia.

A polygamous marriage in Kenya MIGHT be legal depending on various factors such as the fact that she was white...and would effect his citizenship..but a later law changed the effect for marriages before a certain year..I think 1972....because Ann was domiciled in the US. Not clear how this would effect someone who already had a passport...or someone who had registered and was already declared a UK citizen...or someone who was automatically granted that status.

Bottom line, we do not yet have a public document trail to even begin to prove his 1948 BNA dual citizen status beginning with a marriage record for his parents, but his campaign thought they did even though Obama said in Dreams that he wasn't even sure his parents were married!

Do you know where the claim that Obama is only 6.25% African Negro actually originated?

This guy, Kenneth Lamb, in a February 2008 blog post. And his source for the assertion? He didn't offer one. He said that Obama has only "only 1 relative ethnically African Negro - a maternal great-grandparent (Sen. Obama's great-great grandparent)" but he didn't offer any evidence for this.

In fact, it's rather impressive that Lamb managed to identify the race of, at least, Obama's eight African great-great-grandparents. Because he certainly didn't get that information from any public source. Rather, he openly admits that's his statements are based on "original research"; he just doesn't share any of his sources.

The closest he comes to offering a source for his claim in the entire post is when he says that his father was "his father was officially classified as "Arab African" by the Kenyan government." But he offers no links or citations or even names of what documents he's supposedly referring to.

Which experts? Even the spokesperson for the Hawaii Department of Health has not verified that the image of the supposed 2007 COLB is legitimate, only that it "looks like one of ours". (ANd that's all she could say, because to verify the information would be a violation of the law,

So she said everything she legally *could* say, and that's still not enough?

It's also worth noting that the 'experts' for the opposing position, alleging that the online COLB was forged, BOTH of them turned out to be phonies with made-up credentials and no actual document or forensic experience. And both of them promptly disappeared offline shortly after being exposed as phonies, without ever providing any explanation for their charades.
