The military general credited with capturing Saddam Hussein and killing the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, says he has spoken with President Obama only once since taking command in Afghanistan.
"I’ve talked to the president, since I’ve been here, once on a VTC [video teleconferece]," Gen. Stanley McChrystal told CBS reporter David Martin in a television interview that aired Sunday.
"You’ve talked to him once in 70 days?" Mr. Martin followed up.
"That is correct," the general replied.
This revelation comes amid the explosive publication of an classified report written by the general that said the war in Afghanistan "will likely result in failure" if more troops are not added next year. Yet, the debate over health care reform continues to dominate Washington’s political discussions.
Former U.S. Ambassador for the United Nations John R. Bolton said this was indicative of Mr. Obama’s misplaced priorities.

Obama doesn’t care about combat deaths. He’s busy going to Copenhagen so he can line Tony Rezko’s pockets.
Look Obama is a busy guy...All-Star Game, dates in NYC, vacations in Martha’s Vineyard, showing off his new dog, doing a zillion press conferences, doing a zillion tv interviews...cut the guy some slack.

I wonder how many meetings he has attended to discuss the Olympics in Chicago? You see, when there is Chicago politics and the Olympics involved - there is graft and Obammy loves to get ‘donations’.
How much does war pay a sitting president? He’s simply servicing the constituents he admires - anyone with a buck. He couldn’t care less about America, our military or anyone other than himself.

Rid the world of two brutal murderous monsters - good job general! The capture and eventual hanging of Saddam Hussein and killing of Zarqawi were the key milestones, turning points, in the Iraq campaign.
This is shameful but odumbo will get a pass on this from the media.

It’s quite clear, that 0bama, just like Clinton, has no real interest in national security. Apparently the only “enemies” these traitors recognize are those Americans who choose to speak out against them. With each passing day, the storm clouds are gathering for a cataclysmic disaster in our homeland. I truly do believe this is well beyond naivete at the presidential level. It’s a conscious intention on 0bama’s part to bring this nation to its knees. The dems have for many years despised the very notion of a strong America.
This is what happens when the country elects an arrogant, hubristic, narcissistic boy king whose only objective in life is self-glorification.
