Something should have been done long ago, but I am afraid that Obama will not green light an Israeli attack on Iran.

Of course, the Israelis ran into the same roadblock with the Bush Administration.

5? Only 5? It seems nuke plants are Iran's version of Starbucks.

Obama will really, really send them a nasty letter if they don't knock it off.

Not to worry. They’re only for the peaceful production of energy to meet Iran’s significant energy needs.

If the UK doesn’t want Israel to act, why are they telling the Mossad about it?

He was “too busy” implementing a socialist agenda and destroying America to care what Iran is doing. But that Honduras..........

From washtimes, 2007, about M. A.

...However, rumor has it that Mr. Ahmadinejad took umbrage recently at a joke claiming that he needed to shower more often.

The gag was brought to his attention, not via Iran’s formidable secret intelligence services, but in a misdirected text message. In response, he is said to have lodged an official complaint with the judiciary.

According to Rooz Online, a pro-reformist Web site, a senior official with the country’s mobile phone network was fired and several others arrested and accused of being foreign spies.

***foreign spies, lol

I’ll bet THIS causes the zero to really do something drastic like go to the UN and get a strongly worded condemnation letter or even (horror) a resolution.

“Five nuclear plants”

How big are these? My guess is some are kind of small and experimental. What exactly is meant by nuclear plant? 10 centrifuges? A small experimental reactor?

Anyway this is very serious and not big a surprise. I always figured Iran was pursing parallel tracks in dispersed locations. Making it much harder to completely uproot Iran’s nuclear program

Actually 10 Israeli nukes could end it. Some of them need to be earth burrowing

Barry finds these actions provovacative, just not enough to provoke him to actually do something. He's "present" and unaccounted for.

Mon Sep 28, 1:45 pm ET

WASHINGTON (AFP) – The White House on Monday condemned as "provocative" Iran's decision to test-fire missiles that Tehran says are capable of hitting targets inside Israel.

April 5, 2009

American officials condemned the North Korean launch of a long-range rocket Sunday, with President Obama calling it a "provocative act."

I was always under the impression that they had plants scattered throughout the country so that Israel would not be able to get all of them on an attack, unless they just turned the whole country into a glass parking lot.

They, like the Qom facility, are buried deep inside the mountains of north Iran and are guarded by divisions of Revolutionary Guards.

I'm no military stratagest, but this seems like good news to me.

The facilities can be taken out without massive civilian casualties, and the presence of the Revolutionary Guard (funny how the supposed religious warriors always choose commie names) is a bonus.

That makes more sense. One plant or two plants is not the way of such a culture, steeped in deceptions.

Somebody needs to sit Ahmanutjob down and show him a videotape of his past interviews where he denied Iran was seeking nuclear weapons and only wanted to use nuclear energy for peaceful civilian purposes, and ask him to justify his statements.

But that would require real journalism from real journalists, so...

Any sources other than WND and Debka?

defended by “...divisions of Revolutionary Guards” is a phrase chosen by a person unfamiliar with the military.
