The "entitled" Generation has taken office!
The "entitled to" generation is now in charge and it is being proven by not letting failures fail! It appears to me that the best lessons learned in life are the failures turned into successes.
When a child takes a fall, they learn to get back up and walk again. When a newborn calf stumbles and falls, they scramble back to stand again. When a young horses running through a field, take a tumble, they get back up and run again. These are all failures with successes in the learning cycle.
In the "entitlement generation" when a child gets a failing grade, our society now sets up a learning curve - we can't let them fail, but we certainly don't teach them to succeed.
We just lowered the standards. BUT we have raised a generation of ignorance. They haven't been allowed to fail, so they truly don't know the value of success.
They understand that if they can't quite reach where they wanted to be the standards can be lowered to their level. They are now "entitled" not to fail.
Entitlement: entitled to graduate from school - pass or fail entitled to a job - qualified or not entitled to credit cards - ability to pay or not entitled to a house - pay the mortgage or not entitled to unemployment - looking for a job or not entitled to eat - food stamps entitled to health care - whether you can pay or not entitled to social security - whether you contributed or not entitled to be bailed out - banks to big to fail entitled to a newer car - cash for clunkers entitled to: WHY DO YOU THINK ILLEGALS ARE COMING OVER OUR BORDERS ...read more...

5-Joe Legal pays rent of $1,200.00 per month, or $14,400.00 per year. Joe Legal now has $9,631.00.
6-Joe Legal pays $200.00 per month, or $2,400.00 for insurance. Joe Legal now has $7,231.00.
7-Joe Legal has to make his $7,231.00 stretch to pay utilities, gasoline, etc.
8-Joe Legal now works overtime on Saturdays or gets a part time job after work.
9-Joe Legal's and Jose Illegal's children both attend the same school. Joe Legal pays for his children's lunches Joe Legal's children go home.
Joe Legal and Jose Illegal both enjoy the same police and fire services, but Joe paid for them and.

3-Jose Illegal has full medical and dental coverage through the state and local clinics at a cost of $0.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.
4-Jose Illegal has no documented income and is eligible for food stamps and welfare. Jose Illegal still has $31,200.00.
5-Jose Illegal receives a $500.00 per month federal rent subsidy. Jose Illegal pays $500.00 per month, or $6,000.00 per year. Jose Illegal still has $25,200.00.
6-Jose Illegal says, "We don't need no stinkin' insurance!" and still has $25,200.00.

And do not forget the legal American citizens whom are prosecuted, and indicted for failing to report their income when receiving food stamps or other federal aid.
Do you get it, now? If you vote for or support any politician that supports illegal aliens YOU are part of the problem! It's getting way PAST time to take a stand for America and Americans!
Time for a little ‘Tough love’ for this country.

you need to get a lot of private companies to do that too. Our utilities have gimme programs that make us pay more to replace inner city crappy heating units with super high efficient ones so that when the winter comes around (and service can’t be shut off for non-payment) , they use less natural gas. These are the same places that call up the utilities and tell them their apartments are cold, then they get there and see the heater’s set to 90 degrees but a bunch of windows are open. the apartment’s a dump and all the money these people have are in video games, smokes, and put into their cars.
These are the animals that need to be starved.
