Tonight (10-6) at 9 ET, attorney Gary Kreep with the US Justice Foundation will join us with details about what happened in a California courtroom on Monday when federal Judge David Carter heard lawyers for Obama argue that the lawsuit over his eligibility should be immediately dismissed. Carter refused to grant their request and has set a tentative trial date for Jan. 26th 2010.

On Wednesday night we'll be talking to attorney Andy Martin on the Fall of the House of Obama.

Thursday, attorney Mario Apuzzo and lead plaintiff Charles Kerchner will fill us in on their suit before US District Court, District of New Jersey Judge Jerome Simandle, a case that has been dragging on since last August 3rd.

UPDATE -- And on Friday -- Attorney Orly Taitz, so-called leader of the "birther" movement, featured in Tuesday's Washington Post.

That would be best, for sure. But how did Obama get to? Does anyone know who the folks are that vetted his eligibility? Or did Obama just fill out a form and get over?

Dear Honorable Judge Carter,
Semper Fi, I just wanted you to know, although I am one lone voice, I represent the multitude of marines , who have come before, and are active now, giving their allegiance to up holding the sacred US Constitution, and peservation of this Great Country.
You are tasked with what seems an impossible mission, that is “To face your true allegiance to the US Constitution, and in full public view, under the enormous pressure, of risking your life (again) (but that’s what you have done and are used to, you’re a Marine) and the fate of the Constitution does indeed rest in your hands. ONE MANS DECISION, a MARINE, is he tuff enough? Man enough? Is Semper fi, just words for him?
I understand you are under a lot of pressure to do the right thing in this case, yet, you are a Marine tasked with a difficult mission (to do the right thing), as such, “tuck it up”, “Gung Ho”, it is what we are known for. “Semper fi”, if you can’t complete this mission and be faithful to our allegiance, then your tarnishing the multitudes of your brothers, and throwing away our great American Constitution. Many have given their lives for this Constitution? I understood you have put your life in harms way, for our Country in the past, I commend and thank you for that service, let it not be in vein, in your current life test.

Heck no! If the requirements for office are X, Y, and Z in order to serve, they need to put up proof of X, Y, and Z and that information should be verified and available to the public. No more and no less. If a candidate can’t meet the requirements, they shouldn’t be allowed to run.

Dr. Chiyome Fukino Confirms President Obama’s Natural Citizenship

Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Hawaii State Health Director, has issued a second statement Monday, July 27th confirming President Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, HI.

“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.

I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago,” Fukino said, in hopes of ending the controversy surrounding Obama’s citizenship.”

Barack Hussein Obama II’s birth notices which appeared in the Sunday, August 13, 1961 issues of the Honolulu Advertiser and the Honolulu Star-Bulliten:
