The Obama Justice Department's Secret Blogging Team... Is it Illegal?

Obama's Attorney General, Eric Holder, has apparently hired a cadre of left-wing, Democrat campaign bloggers to troll through the Internet looking for news stories and blog posts that denigrate the Obama agenda. After such websites are found it is the job of these secret lefty bloggers to leave comments that come to the support of Obamaism in the comments sections. It seems that Eric Holder has created his own little propaganda unit in a valiant effort to become the Bloggi Riefenstahl of the Obama era.

As reported at The Muffled Oar, a blog that first broke the story of Holder's secretive blogging unit -- dubbed the "Blog Squad" by blogger Isaac Muzzey -- Holder has housed this unit in the Office of Public Affairs at the Department of Justice. It also appears that former John Edwards staffer Tracy Russo is part of this special unit.

A site called whorunsgov.com reported back in May that DOJ hired Russo to do "media outreach for the whole department." It is, according to whorunsgov.com, the first time such an effort has been made at DOJ.

I’m not a lawyer but I suspect that it is a criminal offense to use Federal resources to effectively campaign for Obama. If this can be proven, criminal charges should be filed.

What part of the Hatch Act don't you understand? This is a purely "political" involvement of government employees in a process to affect an election (the next one) outcome.

Of course it is true and has been for some time. Freepers have been playing with the DOJ's blogging team for some time now. They frequent the "Orly Taitz " threads, having fits that there are cases which are moving towards discovery orders for Obamas original COLB now under seal at the Hawaii Det. of Vital Statistics, a document, BTW, that Obama has spent millions on travel money and legal fees to keep concealed.

The latest grift involved them trying to find out if Orly had media based evidence of a private meeting with one Judge Land and Holder at a coffee shop. allegedly to discuss the disposition of a "Birther" case in which discovery was being requested.Of course she has photos , lifted from the coffee shops security camera tapes! This drove them absolutely mad.

The DOJ blogging team is a measure of just how fearful the DOJ is of Orly Taitz and her patriotic work. The DOJ blogging team has defamed Taitz on FR threads, castigated her , decried her ability, and flamed right and center. The weak minded on FR go along with them.

To tell the truth many Freepers have enjoyed the DOJ blogging teams paid intervention of FR, simply because of the proof they provide that the president indeed has something truly destructive of his qualifications for office to hide.

As a matter of fact we have kept a secure list of their handles on FR, and are taking other trace initiatives through quietly negotiated tracing software on IP addresses.

And when the DOJ bloggers write their "final report" there will be a "final solution" for Free Republic, with hundreds of Freeper handles being investigated for their genuine names, addresses,social security numbers, and residential locations, under the guise of their being "right wing terrorists." as defined by Janet Napolitano at "Hoeland" Security.

1st Amendment Freedom of Speech? NEVERMIND!

The power of Free Republic as a site is measured by the fact that paid operatives are used to intervene , and gather intelligence. Freepers feed them as much disinformation as possible, subtly and skilfully in a war that has been secretly waged here for some months now,keeping these paid mavens here on a regular basis.

Keep your FRiends close. And your FRenemies even closer.

The DOJ are a great wonderful bunch of coconuts. Proving the truth of what Jonah Goldberg has written about smuley faced fascismm in his book:

Funny thing about really accurate history books such as Goldberg's. They provide accurate methods of contextual prediction. The DOJ team has its underpinnings in the same place as that of Himmler, and Eichmann.

It is imperative that we fight them with all the focus and intelligence we can bring to bear.

Seems entirely consistent with the ‘Czar’ mentality of this administration, and that in spite of Holder, a problem by himself, a commissar is buried in DOJ, as in the other departments, who answers only to the One. This, the very model Hussein (Saddam) adapted from the Soviet experience, and used so successfully to retain power.
