DHS Video Portrays Average Americans As Terrorists (You're a terrorist if you own guns)

This is one of the lamest things I’ve seen in a long time. Almost all of the “terrorists” depicted look like young, white middle-class college graduates who were born and raised in Colorado. The only older person was a black man, and he looked middle class too.

Last time I checked, the last few dozen actual terrorists arrested in this country were middle-easterners and/or Muslims. But gosh, not a single middle-easterner in this video. Based on this video, we better be on the lookout for anyone EXCEPT a middle-easterner! Apparently, only good-looking white college graduates are potential terrorists.

I really, really, hope this video wasn’t funded by tax money. But, hell, ya’ll know as well as I do that it had to be funded by tax money. Probably “stiumlus” bill money at that, seeking “shovel-ready” projects. Wonder how many permanent primary jobs were created by making this piece o’ sh*t video?

Agreed, no one is more frustrated or angry then I. Let's face it, if this video is targeting conservatives they really missed the mark. If conservatives decide things have gotten so out of hand that something must be done. They are not going to just start randomly blowing up stuff and killing people in acts of terrorism.

Oh, he does. That's why he (who calls himself Yusef Islam) retired from making music back in the '80s. More recently I think he has been given some special blessing by the Imams to make music in some circumstances.

One could say that was nitpicking, and in the grand scheme of things, it’s not really going to matter.
I’m just saying that maybe next time you could try adding more to the discussion.
In many ways, that video brought up some disturbing issues, and minor details like that distract from the big picture.
The main thing on this particular issue is why they didn’t portray the people that would most likely carry out these acts?
Why didn’t they?
Was it just a PC thing?
Couldn’t people of the ethnicity of those portrayed say that they were being unfairly profiled?

Islam, AFAIK, specifically forbids wind or string music. Percussion instruments are permissible under certain circumstances.
