Peace to communists means no more resistance to a one world communist government. Obama probably has done more to attain that end in the last 9 months than anyone in history. He deserves their "Peace" award. .

Hey, does anyone know who the hell these people are, anyway?

Just a bunch of Eurotwits trying to give a boost to one of their own.

Dick Morris nailed it in his column today:

THE NOBEL PRIZE TO OBAMA: EUROPE’S BID TO RE-COLONIZE AMERICA

Frightening that the worldwide MSM/Hollywood/Academia can convince 75% of the world to hate a man like President Bush, fear him as a tyrant, despise him as a sinister criminal.

Just like Israel.

This is what is dangerous...the tools of propaganda that the communists own and control.

And we had better damn well do something about it.

Bubba should be patient. He’s a spare in case the Nobel Committee isn’t satisfied with bashing Bush only three times. They can use his important humanitarian work in Haiti as a meaningless excuse.

Who nominated the turd, I wonder? It had to have been months ago, maybe even before inauguration.

I heard professors can nominate for the Nobel, so my guess is Henry Louis Gates, Jr., of beer summit fame.

I thought the Nobel Prizes were handed out in Stockholm — Sweden. Nobel was a Swede.

No, for some reason Nobel gave the Norwegian Parliament authority over the Peace Prize.

No, for some reason Nobel gave the Norwegian Parliament authority over the Peace Prize.

From Wikipedia:
“Alfred Nobel’s will stated that the prize should be awarded by a committee of five people elected by the Norwegian Parliament. Norway and Sweden were at that time still in union, and with Sweden responsible for all foreign policy, Nobel felt that the prize might be less subject to political corruption if awarded by Norway.”

Thanks. The less corruption part didn’t work so well did it.

His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world’s population.

Screw that. I’m not going to change my values in order to suit the population of the rest of the world. What this sentence tells me is that they’re giving the award to Obama for selling out.

I imagine Bubba and Hillary are both angry. I read that Hillary issued a statement saying Zero’s name was NEVER Barry Soetero [sp?] Wondering why she is talking about this.

An undeserved award is meaningless. Many still think Gore won an Academy award but it was the director or producer -or both, and not him.

Rumor in Norway has it that Obama nominated himself for the Nobel Peace prize...

.

Do not forget the Kansas City (or St. Louis?) pizza jetted in at huge US taxpayer expense to the White House for Obama*s Pizza Prize Party!

The Nubian Prize is hardly anything to complain about....

It is economics - $1.4 million dollars -

Obama sez he will donate it to an “unnamed charity” (APORN? New Black Pansies? Fruit-Loops of Islam?)

Using IRS averaging rules - Obama can deduct the $1.4 from 3 years of income - and get refunds for 3 years!

Otherwise Sweden gave Obama a huge gift of cash.....

It is not like Obama is a tax cheat or anything -

It is the Rangle-Geithner Rule

Yeah, the director handed algore the Oscar for a photo op, and the rest is history.

I’m sure plenty of next year’s winners would let 0bama pose with their award, making him the first sitting president with the most Oscars. He’ll be needing a fake award czar to keep things straight. Next, Occidental, Columbia and Harvard will be presenting him with a shiny new honorary transcript. He was just being humble about the straight A+s.

Hillary knows what 0 is hiding. What I can’t understand is why they didn’t use the information during the campaign. Bill sure hinted about it enough. Her silence probably bought her the devalued Sec. of State post. Lolo Soetoro adopted young Barry, and registered him as an Indonesian muslim in the public schools. Who cares what name they called him? I just want to know if he exchanged his Indonesian certificate for American at any time. Indonesia doesn’t recognize dual citizenship. Funny there was a raid on the passport office last year, and a potential witness was murdered.

[Hillary knows what 0 is hiding. What I can’t understand is why they didn’t use the information during the campaign]

That’s always puzzled me too. I thought surely she ‘knew’ things and would be the next President.

It’s funny her saying that when he was registered in school as Barry Soetero. Maybe saying he was never adopted.

I didn’t know you had to be C to be a saint.

Well, if you mean "saint" in the sense of one who goes to heaven after death, then no, one doesn't have to be Catholic. But, if you mean "saint" in the sense of one who is canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church (which is what the comment that I was replying to was implying), then yes, one must be a Catholic.
