I just got over the flu today. I started feeling the effect of lethargy, joint and muscle pain on Tuesday Sept 29. Then I felt like I had been rode up hill several miles and put away dripping wet. In other words like complete crap. I had a hard time eating, food had no taste and I had severe lower abdominal cramps, they came in waves. This lasted for a few days and the symptoms seemed to subside some. Then on Monday Oct 5 they started all over again, everything previously listed.

In March of 2008 I went to my doc's office and took the pneumonia vaccine shot. I am glad that I did because if I had to undergo another bout of pneumonia like I had February 2008, I doubt very much I would be typing right now. I don't think Heaven has an I.P. yet.
