I think you’re right, it was awarded for scorn not merit. He’s acting the fool on an international stage and just too stupid to get it. The noise he’s hearing is laughter not applause. He’s an embarrassment to this country and office. All the world is laughing at the US for electing such a boob. It’s only going to get worse!
